She is an expert in digital infrastructure, transformation, and identity, with over 25 years of experience in the African ICT ecosystem. She shapes policy reforms and the implementation of Senegal’s digital strategy.

With expertise in networking, policy, and project management, Ms. Diop continues to drive digital innovation in Senegal. She sits on the Senegalese IT Council, the AFRINIC Council of Elders, and the GPAI Steering Committee. Ndèye Maimouna is motivated by strengthening Senegal’s leadership not only on digital transformation in Africa, but also in global discussions on AI ethics and data governance.
