A political science researcher and lecturer at Cheikh Hamidou Kane Digital University, she is an expert in public policy analysis. Her research focuses on higher education reforms in Africa, particularly in Senegal, and on how governments develop human capital to stimulate economic growth. Dr. Doucouré also studies the dynamics of youth employment in Africa, highlighting the challenges and opportunities of integrating young people into the labor market. Her work contributes to rethinking the role of higher education in the economic and social transformation of the continent. She was a member of the IDIA/UNCHK project research team.
