Holder of a PhD in private law jointly supervised by Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis and Montpellier I University, she is a teacher-researcher at UN-CHK.
An expert in digital law, she has participated in the training of senior executives in Senegal and abroad. Deeply committed to issues related to the converging revolutions in cognitive sciences, nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, and information technology, Minata SARR conducts research on law and societal phenomena, regulation, and data governance.
