Dr. Seydina Moussa NDIAYE

Doctor of Computer Science, specializing in artificial intelligence

He has been teaching AI for some 20 years at Gaston Berger University and then at UNCHK. He is an expert for the African Union in the development of the pan-African strategy on artificial intelligence. Dr. Ndiaye has led numerous AI research projects in the field of agriculture at the National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA) in Toulouse and Bordeaux, as well as in several technology companies in Paris. He is the author of several publications in the field of machine learning. He is also president of the Senegalese Association for Artificial Intelligence, an expert with the Global Partnership on AI, and a member of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
